Hovercode publishes one of the clearer free plans in this category: 3 dynamic codes, they don’t expire, unlimited scans, and no ads on the scan. Paid plans add codes, and those extra codes stop if you cancel.

What Hovercode’s page lists that Qex does not sell
Custom domains (so the redirect shows your host), GS1 Digital Link codes, a form builder, multi-link pages, GPS prompts, bulk creation, webhooks and team seats. The Business plan is £32/month for 600 codes a month and API access. Qex does not offer a custom scan domain.
