QRStuff has been in this category for a long time. The current pricing page gives the Free Suite 10 dynamic codes and a 30-day expiration. Lite is $10 a month, or $100 a year, for 50 dynamic codes.

Batch processing, integrations, SOC 2 and GDPR language on Full Suite, extra seats and a digital product passport on Enterprise. Full Suite is the tier that adds styling and a larger batch size. Qex styles a code in the browser on the free plan.
