Qex and Uniqode
Uniqode, formerly Beaconstac, is an enterprise QR platform. There is no permanent free dynamic tier. Essential is $9 a month when billed annually: 15 dynamic codes, and a yearly scan limit.

Linkpages, forms, team seats, a custom domain and SSO as add-ons, and a compliance list aimed at larger buyers (they publish SOC 2 and related controls). Analytics depth on the upper tiers is broader than a country-and-device breakdown. Qex does not sell seats or a custom scan domain.
