Get the right link
In Google Business Profile, open the share / ask-for-reviews tools and copy the review link (often g.page or maps.app.goo.gl). That URL opens the review composer when the customer is signed into Google. A maps search URL is a worse destination — people have to find the button themselves.
Why make it dynamic
Locations move, brands re-verify, and you may want the same sticker to point at a different place later. A Qex short link also counts scans, so you can see whether the card by the till is doing anything.

Questions
Does this post a review automatically?
No, and nothing should. The scan opens Google’s review form. The customer still writes and submits it.
Do I need a Google account to make the code?
You need a Business Profile to obtain the review link. Making the QR on Qex does not need a Google login.
Can I see who scanned?
We count scans by day, country, city and device. We do not see Google accounts or the text of reviews.
What if I have two locations?
Make one code per place, each with that location’s review URL. Mixing them in one code sends half your customers to the wrong shop.
